Cheyann is originally from Fairfield, Connecticut. She attended Roger Williams University  where she studied Public Relations and Marketing. Cheyann remained in Rhode Island for a time after graduating from Roger Williams, but eventually made her way up to Boston through a job with Boston Magazine. Her favorite aspects of Boston are the architecture, the beautiful homes and the beautiful people. She also enjoys the many Boston beaches.  

Cheyann became passionate about the real estate industry for many reasons. Her mother is a realtor back home in Fairfield County. Her father owns his own contracting business and her brother is involved in Real Estate Finance out in New York City. She loves real estate for the purpose of building relationships, long term friendships, helping people find the home of their dreams, and most of all, for the sake of making clients happy. Cheyann specializes in first time home buyers, loves educating new clients through the process, and enjoys assisting investors and experienced buyers as well. 

She has a two year old lab-pit mix who is a big cuddler and catches frequent cases of the zoomies. She enjoys kayaking and going on long hikes with her boyfriend and dog. She is quite adventurous and enjoys unique trips. You can also find Cheyann at the gym or a local yoga class when she is not assisting a client. 

Cheyann will not only help you find the perfect home, but she will also guide her clients through the process, and listen to their wants and needs. She will work hard for all of her clients and will do everything in her power to make sure the process is smooth, effective, and worth the effort.
