Samah is first generation Lebanese-American born and was raised in Quincy Point, MA! She moved to Braintree during her teenage years and has resided there ever since.

Samah has always worked in customer service, even though the job titles have been different. She’s passionate about working with people and providing them with a product that exceeds their expectations. Samah attended Quincy College for two years and graduated with an associates degree in Exercise Science, and received her Personal Trainer certification at 19. While working as a trainer, she enrolled in Bridgewater State University and completed her BA in Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition. Passionate about health and exercising, as well as helping people, she hopes to put the two together and make people feel their best and live their best lives while learning to incorporate healthy habits – including physical, mental, spirtual – within their lifestyle. Over the years she has learned that she can incoporate my passion for helping people with anything she does! Now, she feels privileged to be a part of helping people find their “home”, which we all know, there is no place like home.

Growing up in a big family, the idea of “home” was always meaningful to Samah.  When she started a family of her own, she searched for years to find the perfect place to call home. While searching, she fell in love with the details and certain characteristics of homes that made them pop; That made them create that feeling of “home” for whoever chose to make it their own. It became a habit – checking daily listings to see what is fresh on the market. On the other end, she would look at houses that have not sold – and why. This is what made her decide to go into Real Estate Investing and become a Real Estate Agent. This enables her to see the potential in homes as well as help people find their dream home.

Samah specializes in Residential properties (1-4 Units), as well as fix and flips and whole sales. She also specializes in providing solutions for home owners that are in more complicated situations and need a way out!
